Access

The document is split into sections with cross-references using 'hyperlinks'.  There are three ways to access the collected information:

  1. Contents of document in thematic order,
more suited when used as introduction into an area;  and
  2. Index also functioning as definition of Abbreviations and Terms
more suited when used as reference;  or
  3. Change History & Acknowledgements
for people familiar with this document and interested in updates and additions (which aren't many currently, unless I stumble upon –or somebody points me to– an interesting subject).

On the top left panel, you'll find the major topics (and hyperlinks to the Contents and the Index.  When you click on the plus-sign (+) before a topic, it will expand into subtopics;  click on any hyperlink to go there immediately.
On the bottom left panel you will find the main headers of the current topic.  Again, you can click on any plus-sign to expand it, and click on any header to go there in the text.
